A former interior designer and professional organizer I designed the first bowl sets on the pet scene to include a matching tray to catch excess water and food. They are dishwasher safe, will not chip or fade. Made of lightweight melamine to be much easier on pet parents to lift and set back down to the tray ont he floor.The color and pattern of the set I designed to be inline with the home decor as most kitchens are red, blue, or yellow.
