The soft outer fabric bag has two elastic straps with Velcro ends. The Velcro ends attach anywhere on the outer bag, allowing you to securely and comfortably attach the pack to your pets hips, shoulders, back, knees, etc…The inner bag is leak proof & removable, so you can easily wash the outer bag. You can also purchase extra inner bags to allow easy rotation of hot to cold treatments for painful areas. The pack may be stored in the freezer for emergency cold applications or placed in the microwave for heated applications.
